Dr. Victor Mark Brown

B.Sc. in Chemistry and Biochemistry, University of the West Indies; Ph.D. in Biochemistry/Biotechnology, University of the West Indies College of Medicine; M.B.A. in Business Administration, Goizueta Business School, Emory University.
In 2001 Dr. Brown joined St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, TN as a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences. He transitioned into academia as a faculty member in the College of Agricultural, Environmental and Natural Sciences, Tuskegee University in 2004. In 2011 Dr. Brown switched to administration as the Dean of the Division of Science, Mathematics and Technology, which included Nursing and Allied Health at Burlington County College, NJ; and in 2013 he served as Dean for the College of Arts and Sciences, Fort Valley State University, GA. Dr. Brown joined TCI College of Technology, NY where he worked from 2014 to 2016 as Dean for the Divisions of Business and Legal Studies, and Health Sciences and Technologies, and later as the Dean for the Division of Engineering and Facilities Technologies.
Dr. Brown has published over a dozen peer-review articles on plant biotechnology, cancer research and obesity, and has presented at national and international conferences.
