Days of Professional Development

Beginning in 2013, President B. Kaye Walter established two full days of professional development each year for the BCC faculty, staff and students, one day in the fall semester and one day in the spring semester. The college is closed on these days to allow for full participation by the employees. The agendas for these days are created collaboratively with the college’s vision, mission and goals in mind with special attention to “Framework for the Future, 2013-2018,” the college’s strategic plan. Below is a list of the sessions and presenters who have shared their expertise with the community.
