Drafting & Design and CAD
The Drafting & Design program features two state-of-the-art laboratories populated with computer aided drafting (CAD) workstations, 3D printers, laser engravers, a professional animation edit workstation with a render farm, and pencil drafting boards for entry level drafting, sketching, and preliminary design development. The CAD systems are loaded with the latest Autodesk software products. We offer courses in mechanical, architectural, and civil based problem solving for the 2 year A.A.S. degree in Drafting & Design. We offer focused courses in CAD for the 3 semester CAD certificate program, and short courses in mechanical and architectural CAD in the Continuing Education program.
Our instructors and professors are practicing architects with years of teaching experience.
