Wellness Center

The primary purpose of the Bergen Community College Wellness Center is to promote total wellness in the College Community for students, staff and faculty, by combining all the dimensions of wellness–-physical, social, emotional, spiritual, and mental.
The Wellness Center focuses on a holistic approach to wholesome living through healthy lifestyles and informed choices.

Mission

Our mission in the Wellness Center is to provide information about our services, to help promote healthier lifestyles and assist individuals with stressful and difficult periods in their lives, through a wide selection of self-help documents, internet resources and referrals.
Under the direction of professionals, a Wellness Associate will be available at the Wellness Center, to answer questions, provide resources and to refer individuals, when possible, to the appropriate agencies or counselors.
