Consortium Agreement Guidelines

Students who visit other colleges/universities to obtain credits towards their home school’s degree program are within a consortium agreement.

A Consortium Agreement is a contract between two colleges/universities that recognizes registration at each location for financial aid purposes.
It also certifies only one of the two institutions can administer Title IV and State financial aid.

If you are a student at another college/university and visiting Bergen Community College, please contact Ms. Aisha Hill at [email protected] to have your form completed.

If you are a Bergen Community College student and visiting another college/university, please

  1. Complete a ‘Request to Take Course at Another Institution’ form from Room A-118/Center for Student Success;
  2. Complete the 2016-2017 BCC Consortium Agreement Form;
  3. Obtain the billing statement/schedule from the other institution and
  4. Submit all three documents to Ms. Aisha Hill at [email protected]
