Foundation for Scholarship
Established in 1982, the BCC Foundation is a separately incorporated 501 (c) (3) organization whose mission is to raise and administer funds to support student scholarships, faculty and staff development, construction, and other special projects and programs which will continue the forty-eight year tradition of excellence in education provided by Bergen Community College. The Foundation’s primary focus is providing scholarship support to help defray the cost of obtaining an education at Bergen Community College. In 2013, a total of $421,000 was awarded to deserving students attending the College, the largest one year amount ever allocated for scholarships.
