CITL believes strongly in the motto “Faculty Empowering Faculty”. The faculty support team is an integral part of providing assistance, running training programs and organizing special projects. An instructional designer is available to offer advice and direction to faculty who wish to develop best practices in the instructional uses of technology. The Teaching and Learning Exchange  provides information on how to subscribe to online Journals, access on-demand professional development training and handouts from in-person workshops.

The Center supports innovative projects including software evaluation, instructional material development and professional development activities. Additionally, the Center offers an array of workshops to faculty and staff to learn newer technologies. There are many options to get updated on the technology including semester-wide workshops, one-on-one assistance and self-paced Atomic Learning courses.
