How Do I...

 To get started: 

1.1 Go to www.bergen.edu.
1.2 Scroll to the bottom.
1.3 Click on "WebAdvisor".
1.4 Click on the picture labeled "prospective students".
1.5 Click on "Search for Sections" on the Right hand side of the screen.
1.6 The Form that appears needs to have you enter the following:

• The term when you want to attend (i.e., Fall, Spring, or Summer I.)
• The Subject - select Technological Sciences.

1.7 Scroll down and click Submit.  This allows you to search course offerings, days, and times.

The Certificate requires these 5 Courses:

• TEC 145 Introduction to Quality Assurance
• TEC 150 Quality Control in Biotechnology I
• TEC 250 Quality Control in Biotechnology II
• TEC 240 Quality Control in Microbiology
• TEC 235 Procedure Writing

Decide which courses you want to take and when, and write them down.

   2.   To register in person:

• Because of construction, the Information Desk in the lobby of the Pitkin Education Center needs to be accessed through the doors to the Public Safety Office or through the entrance near the lobby of the Ciacone Theater. Please follow all signs while navigating through the construction areas!

          2.1  Come to Bergen Community College Monday to Friday from 9:00 A.M.
                  to 5:00 P.M. and obtain a registration form.
          2.2. Fill out the form and then proceed to the Registration Window.
          2.3. Make arrangements to pay for your courses within the required time.

                   3. To register online:

• You must first sign up for WebAdvisor.

                                     3.1  Click on "I'm new to WebAdvisor" when you are on WebAdvisor.
                                     3.2. Follow the steps to sign up.
                                     3.3. A password will be emailed to you within a day.

• You will need to make sure you pay within the specified time.
