About MOSAIC Center
The Regional Center for Disability Employment, known as the "MOSAIC Center" at Bergen Community College at the Meadowlands, was jumpstarted with a $500,000 grant from The Henry H. Kessler Foundation. The MOSAIC Center will support workers with disabilities throughout the region by providing job-training and placement services. It will be housed at Bergen Community College at the Meadowlands, 1280 Wall Street West, Lyndhurst.
OUR MISSION: Through a centralized public-private partnership of service providers and employers, we serve as a single point of contact to match the needs of employers with the best qualified job candidates and assist job candidates with disabilities fulfill their employment goals.
OUR VISION: The MOSAIC Job Center will employ best practices and will be a model initiative of public-private sector collaboration for disability employment. Every person with a disability, who wants to work, will have rewarding employment opportunities. When employers have a job to fill, they will call the MOSAIC Job Center for Disability Employment first, to gain access to the economic and competitive advantages of an inclusive workforce.
