The Financial Aid Office is experiencing an extremely high volume of applications. If you are just now applying for financial aid or submitting documents to complete your file, your application will not be processed before classes begin on Sept 3rd 2009
Therefore, if you register for fall, 2009 classes, you will need to pay your tuition. You may also enroll in the payment plan by calling Sallie Mae payment solutions at 800 6350120. If you are later determined to be eligible for financial aid, you will be notified after your file has been processed. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

FALL 2009
Deadline to submit a 2009-2010 FAFSA or submit verification documents is June 15th 2009 for the Fall 2009 Term.
AND
Deadline to Submit a Satisfactory Academic Appeal form for review for Fall 2009 is August 13th 2009, no appeals will be reviewed for the Fall 2009 Term after that date.
Documents submitted by June 15th 2009 will be processed by the Payment Due Date of July 7th 2009.
If you register for Fall Term classes and you filed your FAFSA or submitted your verification documents after June 15th 2009, you must go to the Bursars Office and make a payment in full or sign up for the payment plan to guarantee your classes will not be dropped for non-payment.

If you need Financial Aid to pay for your TERM BILL, make sure your Financial Aid has been processed prior to registering for classes or please refer to the information above.
Note: A loan cannot be processed and certified until our office receives and processes your FAFSA application.
If you decide not to attend, you MUST cancel your enrollment in all courses BEFORE the start of the term at the Registrar’s Office (Room # A-129) or go to web advisor (go.bergen.edu).
