Manager, Cerullo Learning Assistance Center
The Manager of the Cerullo Learning Assistance Center will oversee and supervise the Tutoring Center, and collaborate with the Director in coordinating tutorial services. Additional responsibilities include coordinating supplemental instruction, providing guidance to supervisory staff and assisting with recruiting, training, hiring and evaluation of tutors, student aides and other staff members.
Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a learning center; some college teaching experience is preferred. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, have exceptional oral and written communication skills and the ability to do research and assessment activities.
