Hours: 200 or approximately one year

Certificate in Construction Management: Sustainability Specialization Certificate in Construction Management: Sustainability Specialization is a one-year career-oriented program. Coursework prepares students to enter the field as construction managers, assistant project managers, superintendents, site managers, estimators, or schedulers with an awareness of photovoltaic energy systems, and current green building standards.

Those already in the field gain skills and knowledge to further their careers other professionals may enroll to better understand the construction process, budgeting, contracts, dispute resolution, ethics, legal issues, building systems, energy use, water resource management, green building rating terminology, and sustainable practices.
