Stryker Manufacturing Laboratory

Stryker Orthopaedics, a global leader in developing and manufacturing reconstructive orthopaedic devices and named one of the “Ten Best Manufacturing Plants” in North America by Industry Week magazine, contributed $100,000 to the student scholarship initiative. The 3,200 square-foot simulated manufacturing laboratory houses computerized milling and turning equipment and enables students to follow a high-tech manufacturing work flow from developing a design to crafting and testing a prototype to the final manufacturing of the commodity. In appreciation of Stryker’s gift, the laboratory has been named the Stryker Manufacturing Laboratory.
