After discovering her Native American roots\, Black Chick goes on a personal journey that leads deep within herself and the Arizona desert to engage in the warrior’s ritual of the Sundance. Witness the tale of a woman navigating her newfound roots to find the inner peace she has always yearned for. \nThe reading will feature Omkari Williams\, an activist and author presenting her book “Micro Activism.” \nAdmission is free\, but reservations are encouraged at tickets.bergen.edu.
