DESCRIPTION:Participate via Live Zoom Session \nAs we flatten the curve\, we wanted to invite you to Zoomba (aka Zumba on Zoom). This virtual dance/workout class will be led by Ana Parra Vera who is not only an analytics rockstar in the UC Davis MSBA\, but also a certified Zumba instructor. She is a former Phi Theta Kappa member and was part of the JKW School of Honors and STEM while at BCC. We hope to combat the effects of social isolation\, and relieve some stress while connecting in a fun way. \nAs with all health activities\, please make sure you are in good health and cleared with your doctor etc. for these activities\, and you self-monitor and adjust movements as needed for your safety.
