Join Dr. Peter Dlugos for weekly drop-in mindfulness meditation sessions in Scoskie Hall on Mondays from 12:45 to 1:15 pm. Mindfulness meditation is a mind-body practice that involves focusing your attention on the present moment, to be aware of your thoughts, feelings and actions with compassion, and without judgment. Learn about the benefits of mindfulness, and practice with others. Sessions will consist of a short introduction, 15 to 20 minutes of practice, and sharing. All are welcome, and no experience is necessary–come as you are!

BWB presents…Hybrid CPR Certification-AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers

Description:Have you always wanted to become CPR certified? Do you need to renew your current certification? Be Well Bergen makes it easy! This workshop is the hands-on skills component of the certification.
