  • Purpose: The Institutional Improvement project includes six key components to enhance the college’s technological infrastructure: (1) Data Warehouse and Data Mining Solution, (2) an Admissions Customer Relations Management (CRM) solution, to enable Bergen Community College to automate multi-channel communication and more effectively reach out to the community it serves, (3) Human Resources Management package to facilitate effective talent management and more fully meet customer needs in the library and throughout the institution, (4) One Card Student ID Management System to provide an integrated solution for student information and admittance, (5) Network Security upgrade, (6) Queue Management Solution software.
