Paramus, NJ – Bergen’s softball team has begun their season on March 30 when they traveled to Sussex CCC. Bergen is currently 0-4, but look to get back to .500 soon.

Bergen has three offensive leaders on the team. Brandi Shortway is leading the team with a .667 batting average, along with the most hits and two stolen bases.  Kylah Kosko is batting .364 with one stolen base. Sara Tester is batting .333 and leads the team in Runs Batted in.

Bergen will host Lehigh Carbon today at Bergen, doubleheader will begin at 3:30pm.

 

Based in Paramus, Bergen Community College (www.bergen.edu), a public two-year coeducational college, enrolls more than 13,000 students at locations in Paramus, the Philip Ciarco Jr. Learning Center in Hackensack and Bergen Community College at the Meadowlands in Lyndhurst. The College offers associate degree, certificate and continuing education programs in a variety of fields. More students graduate from Bergen than any other community college in the state.
