Paramus, NJ – Bergen Community College Athletic Department received wonderful news when the Region and Conference announced the All-Region and All-Conference teams.  Three Bergen Bulldogs on the Men’s Soccer team received All-Region and All-Conference honors. Congratulations to Simone Pippi, Daniel Thomas and Marco Ussi for earning All-Region and All-Conference honors. Freshman, Simone Pippi, was the team’s Forward and was dominant around the goal post. He was ranked #5 in goals (15) and #1 in the region. Pippi was 9th in Points in nation and 2nd in the region (30). He was also named “National Player of the Week” in the first week of the season.  Freshman, Daniel Thomas, was the Center Back for the Bulldogs. He was a strong part of the defense throughout the season. Freshman, Marco Ussi, was the team’s Center Mid and was ranked 19th in the region in Points (16). He was also ranked 20th in the region in Goals (6) and 20th in Assists (4).

Based in Paramus, Bergen Community College (www.bergen.edu), a public two-year coeducational college, enrolls more than 13,000 students at locations in Paramus, the Philip Ciarco Jr. Learning Center in Hackensack and Bergen Community College at the Meadowlands in Lyndhurst. The College offers associate degree, certificate and continuing education programs in a variety of fields. More students graduate from Bergen than any other community college in the state.
