PARAMUS, NJ — Women’s basketball team dropped a region/conference match-up on Thursday evening (12/16/21), falling 83-38 to Rowan College of South Jersey Gloucester County. Bergen was in control throughout the first quarter, but a couple injuries caused the team to lose by a large margin.  First year student-athletes for Bergen, Jaeli Torres (12 points) and Isabella Romano (10 points), lead the team in scoring. Bergen Women’s Basketball team has completed their first half of the season and will begin their second half of the season when they host Brookdale CC on Tuesday, January 11th at 5pm. Go Bulldogs!!!

Based in Paramus, Bergen Community College (www.bergen.edu), a public two-year coeducational college, enrolls more than 13,000 students at locations in Paramus, the Philip Ciarco Jr. Learning Center in Hackensack and Bergen Community College at the Meadowlands in Lyndhurst. The College offers associate degree, certificate and continuing education programs in a variety of fields. More students graduate from Bergen than any other community college in the state.
