- Provide students with an opportunity to pursue studies in mathematics beyond the scope of a junior college curriculum.
- Offer interested students the opportunity to compete in the American Mathematical Association of Two-Year Colleges Student Mathematics League.
- To share knowledge and enjoyment of mathematics with the college community through service projects.
