MINDFULNESS IN SPANISH

Mindfulness is a type of meditation in which you focus on being intensely aware of what you’re sensing and feeling in the moment without interpretation or judgment. Practicing mindfulness involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress. 

 Conciencia Plena es un tipo de meditación en la cual uno se enfoca en estar intensamente consciente de lo que uno está sintiendo y las sensaciones que ocurren en el momento, sin interpretación ni justar.  Conciencia Plena incluye métodos de respiración, imágenes guiadas, y otras prácticas que relajan el cuerpo y la mente y ayudan a reducir el estrés.
