Bergen Community College offers the New Jersey Real Estate Commission Bureau approved 75 Hour Real Estate Salesperson Licensing course. 

If you’re looking to switch occupations or earn additional money on the side, think about the real estate industry. Real estate sales allows you the freedom to choose your own hours, act as your own boss, and creates virtually limitless financial opportunities.

This program will cover property interest, mortgages, deeds, title closing, liens real estate law and ethics, agency relationships and real estate calculations and is a requirement for the NJ sales/licensing examination.

Program Eligibility

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • A high school diploma, or High School Equivalency is required
  • No transcripts, SAT, ACT or other standardized exams are required
