Bergen Bistro Student-Run Cafe

Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, and Pastry Arts students work together, under the direction of the Hotel Restaurant Management (HRM) faculty, to deliver high-quality food and dining service to all Bergen Community College stakeholders. Students rotate between stations throughout the semester as part of their experiential learning pathway. Your support affords each student the opportunity to make the connection between education and real-world workforce experiences.
