Bergen Community College is excited to offer transcript ordering online through the National Student Clearinghouse.

Transcript Request Information for Recent Graduates

  • Before you order the transcript, we recommend you preview and proofread your unofficial academic transcript for accuracy.
  • Recent graduates should wait before ordering transcripts to ensure they are completely updated, and graduation status (e.g. Degree/Certificate received, Date conferred, or Major…)  is noted on the transcript.
  • Questions about graduation status? Contact [email protected]

Transcript Request Information for Dual Enrollment Students

As grades from High Schools may be reported to the College by the end of the school year, the best time to request transcripts is after grades are posted on the student’s College academics records.
We recommend students enrolled in any of the BCC-High School Partnership Programs (Dual Enrollment, Early College, Bergen Experience, BCC Prep Program, etc...) to check grades or preview the unofficial transcript via the Bergen Portal before placing transcripts order.
