Academic Early Alert / Pipeline

About ” Pipeline”

—Pipeline is an academic early alert system designed to promote student success and retention by identifying students who are at risk and experiencing academic, personal, or conduct/disciplinary difficulties.

This system enables us to identify students who are at risk and begin intervention with students as soon as a problem is identified. —
It also allows us to track all contacts and intervention efforts, and share information appropriately with the student and others campus partners working on the case.

When to use the pipeline

You should use the pipeline to report academic issues, including attendance issues (students stopped attending after once attending), lack of participation, missing /incomplete homework or assignments, poor test or quiz scores…

NOTES: Do not use this early alert/pipeline to report any behavior issues. Refer to Behavior Intervention Team for details.
