BCC’s Journal of Scholarly Teaching
A Journal for Reflection on Research and Practice
Journal Announcement and Call for Submissions

Members of the BCC faculty take seriously scholarly growth and teaching excellence along with contributions to the College and the community as criteria for professional advancement. BCC supports research through sabbaticals, the Faculty Research/Scholarship Release Time Program, Princeton Mid-Career Fellowships, and support for attending and presenting at conferences. Candidates for reappointment and tenure design and implement research-based projects focused on teaching and learning. Further, BCC recognizes innovations in teaching and teaching excellence through grants and awards.

You are invited to reflect on how your research and scholarly pursuits inform what you teach or how you teach. We invite you to share the ways in which your intellectual pursuits enrich learning in your classes. We are collecting narratives about how you were able to transmit to your students new insights about your subject matter.

We are also interested in contributions describing instructional designs based on your discoveries in your discipline. Tenure-track faculty and those recently tenured are invited to share their tenure project.

Both research articles and personal narratives are welcome.
