A Video Immersive Event to Commemorate the Night of Broken Glass
November 10 @ 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm
In commemoration of the Jewish people who were assaulted, imprisoned, and killed across Nazi Germany on Kristallnacht (Night of Broken Glass), the Center for Peace, Justice, and Reconciliation is hosting a video immersive event.
The immersive experience places you inside the events of that night using historical reconstruction, archival imagery, and expert narration to convey both the scale of violence and the human stories caught within it. Attendees of the event will hear from witnesses and see what was destroyed.
The commemoration event will take place on Tuesday, November 10 at 12:30 p.m. in the Pitkin Education Center, room S-138.
