Composting at Bergen: Bergen’s Rocket and ASP Composting Systems

Dr. PJ Ricatto and the Bergen Green Team will give a tour and demonstration of the College’s Rocket and ASP (Accelerated Static Pile) composting systems, which is used to divert food waste generated in the cafeteria from the landfill.
Attend the demonstration at the Bergen Cafe (Pitkin Education Center, 2nd floor).
