Food and Mood Part 1

Do the foods that you eat contribute to how you feel?  Find out what to eat, and what not to eat, when to eat it, and how to use nutrition to improve your mental health.  Discover the science behind food’s effect on mental health including discussions on inflammation, isoflavones, the importance of fiber and the gut microbiome.  This one-hour session presented by Christina Nemec is part one of a two-part series.
