Mental Health and Depression Short Film

Join us for a short video about mental health and depression from a student’s perspective. There will be a short discussion led by personal counselor, Lois Carmichael, addressing how we can support friends who might be dealing with a mental health issue. The goal is to encourage transparency and stop the stigma of mental health.
