Mindfulness Monday: Vinyasa Yoga

Join us for a meditation and Vinyasa yoga session with Michelle Schwartz! Michelle’s love for yoga began in high school after suffering from a knee injury.

Michelle received her 200-hour certification from One Yoga, her 300-hour certification from Lighthouse Yoga School, and her 95-hour Kid’s Yoga training from Powerflow Yoga. She is also a distance runner and a social worker in the court system. Michelle’s approach to yoga is to promote a safe practice that challenges the body and calms the mind.

This class is free and open all! As with all health activities, please make sure you are in good health and cleared with your doctor etc. for these activities, and you self-monitor and adjust movements as needed for your safety.
