Talk Saves Lives Suicide Awareness

The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention is coming to Bergen to discuss suicide prevention and how you can help. Gain an understanding of the protective factors that lower suicide risk, strategies for managing mental health, and being proactive about self-care.
This program will discuss warning signs and behaviors to look for, how to start a conversation with someone you are concerned about, and ways to seek help. The event will start at 12:30 p.m. in the Paramus Campus Student Center.
