Preparing Mousse de Maracuya with Chef Manuela Aristizabal

At the age of 18, Manuela was diagnosed with a medical condition called EDS syndrome (Ehlers Danlos); however, despite her diagnosis, she is determined and motivated to follow her dreams including but not limited to becoming a Chef. Come join her to kick off Latino Heritage Month!
