Dealing with the Blues

The “Dealing with the Blues” presentation is offered by Raysa Creque. Participants will gain an understanding of the Holiday Blues and be able to identify triggers. The presenter will discuss signs, symptoms, coping strategies, and ways to seek help. The event will take place in S-110.
