Do the foods that you eat contribute to how you feel? Find out what to eat, and what not to eat, when to eat it, and how to use nutrition to improve your mental health. Discover the science behind food’s effect on mental health including discussions on inflammation, isoflavones, the importance of fiber and the gut microbiome.
This session will take the information discussed in part one and put it into practice. There will be three recipes prepared during this 1½ hour session. Samples of each one will be provided to all participants. Participants will have the opportunity to taste their way to improving mental health.
