Guided Meditation with Melissa Krieger

Join Melissa Krieger, professor of education and certified yoga teacher, as she guides participants to experience calmer minds and increased mindfulness through a weekly 20-30 minute meditation session. She will present varied breathing strategies along with some gentle movements to support the meditation experience. Participants should prepare by planning to sit comfortably on the floor, in a chair, or in a reclining position.
