Home Workout Session with Master Phil

Keep the COVID “15” off, maintain a healthy weight during quarantine, elevate your mood, and become stronger – all without leaving your home. No equipment beyond common household items needed. Develop your strength and improve your fitness levels every Thursday at noon! Join Master Phil as he leads the class through a 30-minute session of body weight exercises designed to address participants of all levels with beginner and advanced movements. We look forward to seeing you every Thursday for our Live Sessions! For this week’s workout, please find a carpeted area at home or bring a floor mat or towel.
