Loneliness

Professor Jessica Peacock is hosting a mental health workshop that explores the emotional and psychological aspects of loneliness, and offers a supportive space for participants to share and reflect. The session provides practical skills and coping strategies to recognize, understand, and manage feelings of loneliness, while fostering connection and resilience.
The mental health workshop will start at 12:30 p.m. in the Pitkin Education Center, room S-132.
