Join yoga instructor Suzanne Andora-Barron every Monday at 8am via Zoom for free mini-meditation classes (10-15 min in length) to relax your mind and body and stimulate your immune system. Andora-Barron is a yoga teacher, a certified Jin Shin Jytusu practitioner, and an adjunct yoga instructor in the Wellness and Exercise Science Department at Bergen.
