Oftentimes, it’s seen as a badge of honor to be able to function on very little sleep. And, if a night or two goes by without enough hours logged, it really isn’t a big deal. But chronic lack of sleep can lead to poor health. This seminar examines the physiological and psychological effects of poor sleep. Participants will leave with the tools necessary to help themselves to get a good night’s sleep-for life. The “Sleep is not a Luxury” workshop is presented by Julie Seda.
