The Facilities Department supports Bergen Community College’s mission and vision by maintaining and redeveloping our diverse facilities and campuses, leading continuous improvement in the aesthetic and built environment, and providing clean, sustainable, and safe facilities to the College and Community.
Facilities provides a number of services to the College, including:
- Repairs and Maintenance
- Campus Planning and Construction
- Cleaning and Custodial Services
- Grounds Maintenance and Beautification
- Environmental/Occupational Health and Safety
- Mailroom and Stockroom Services
Any accident that occurs on college property should be reported immediately to the Office of Public Safety at 201-447-9200 or by dialing *6 from any on-campus phone. This includes accidents involving motor vehicles, personal injury, industrial spills or property damage caused by acts of nature, and environmental hazards.

Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
For facility requests or maintenance issues, please submit a Work Order Request Form at https://facilities.bergen.edu
Once received, the request will be entered into the work order system and a confirmation will be emailed to the requestor.
