Rejecting Your Loans

Steps for Rejecting your Federal Direct Loans:

  1. Access the Financial Aid menu in your student portal
  2. Select “Review & Accept Your Financial Aid award Package”
  3. Select the “Award Year”
  4. Scroll down to the loan section & review your offer
  5. Select “Decline”
  6. Select “Submit”

Throughout the academic year, if you require the loan to finance your cost of attendance, please either complete a ‘Loan Request Form’ or visit the office for your offer to be reinstated.
