1. Once you have applied and received your BCC username, ID and email address activate your portal.
2. Register for classes: https://selfservice.bergen.edu/Student/Student/Courses
Non-degree students can register for up to 11 credits prior to taking or waiving the placement test. This does not apply to Math, Chemistry or English classes.
To take or waive the Accuplacer Basic Skills Placement Test please go to: bergen.edu/testing.
Please note: Some classes require a prerequisite course. To submit proof of a prerequisite, please complete the Remote Registration Form *note: you will need your BCC username and password to log into this form.
3. Pay for classes: https://selfservice.bergen.edu/Student/Finance.

Don’t forget:
Non-degree seekers are not eligible for:
- Financial aid
- Transferring credits from another institution into Bergen. If you would like to transfer in credits, you must be a degree seeking student.
