I am a Bergen graduate and want to use the fitness center and/or swimming pool. Do I need to submit a physical exam?

Yes. You will need to submit a recent physical exam to our office BEFORE you are permitted to use the fitness center or swimming pool (Medical Exam Form).

Any student who has been asked to submit forms or supporting documents to the Bergen’s Heath Services Office can bring them to the Office or submit them online/remotely.
