PARAMUS, N.J. – Bergenstages’ 2015-16 season will begin with “Veronica’s Room” – a thriller by the author of “Rosemary’s Baby” – Friday, Oct. 30 at Bergen Community College’s Ender Hall Lab Theatre, located at its main campus, 400 Paramus Road.

In a play that explores the thin line between fantasy and reality, madness and murder, students Susan and Larry find themselves as guests enticed to the Brabissant mansion by its dissolute caretakers, the lonely Mackeys. Struck by Susan’s strong resemblance to the family’s long-dead daughter, Veronica Brabissant, the older couple gradually induce Susan to impersonate her.

The show runs Thursdays through Saturdays, Friday, Oct. 30 through Saturday, Nov. 7, at 7:30 p.m. On Saturday, Oct. 31 and Nov. 7, matinee performances will take place at 2 p.m.

Ticket prices for the general public are $15, with discounts offered to senior citizens, Bergen faculty and students. Guests can purchase tickets by calling (201) 447-7428 or online at tickets.bergen.edu.
