PARAMUS, N.J. – Driven by the aroma of cheese curds, barbeque and bacon, groups of gastronomes descended on Bergen Community College’s main campus for the first-ever “Gourmet Food Truck Festival” June 1. The featured attraction – 20 mobile restaurateurs – delighted crowds with an array of cuisines ranging from French to fried. An all-day set of live music from the Waldwick School of Rock, raffles, giveaways and 20 local craft dealers complemented the trucks. The Paramus Bergen Community College Rotary hosted the event.
