Course Withdrawal

While students have the option to withdraw from a course, they must do so prior to the 100% refund deadline listed in the dual enrollment calendar to avoid any charges. If you are concerned about your progress in a dual enrollment course, please speak with your high school guidance team.

Final Grades

All BCC dual enrollment courses follow the College’s grading scale and appear on a student’s college transcript under the spring term. If you choose to participate in the BCC Dual Enrollment program, it is important to remember that you will be starting a college transcript and must follow all the rules and regulations of Bergen Community College.

Students can view their final grades via the BCC Student Portal by following these instructions:

  1. Log into the BCC Student Portal (my.bergen.edu);
  2. Select Self-Service Main Menu > Academics > Unofficial Transcript menu options.
  3. Click on “Generate Unofficial Transcript” menu option to view your completed academic coursework grades, term, and cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA).

Transcript Request Information

As grades are reported to the College by the end of the school year in June, the best time to request transcripts is after grades are posted on the student’s College academic record. We recommend students to check their grades via the Bergen Portal prior to placing a transcript request. Official transcripts are ordered via the National Student Clearinghouse at www.getmytranscript.com.

If you encounter any issues requesting your transcript, please contact the Registration Department (One Stop) in room OS-102 or email transcripts@bergen.edu.

For more information please contact the High School – College Partnerships Department at collegeinhighschool@bergen.edu or 201-879-7079.
