Construction Management Programs FAQs:

Do I need any prerequisites to register?

No, all you need is a high school diploma, or GED, and to be at least 18 years of age. No transcripts, grade  reports, SAT, ACT or other standardized exams needed. 

How do I get started, or register for a course?

Simply choose the course you want to begin and register online at:

Is it possible to register for one class at a time, or do I have to register for the entire Certificate Program? Yes, you may register for one class at a time, however, more classes are needed to complete in 10-12 months.

Do you accept financial aid?

Financial aid is only eligible for degree seeking enrollment in credit programs, our courses are non-credit and  do not qualify for financial aid.  

Are there any Grant Funds available to attend these programs?

NJ State funded grants are only available for the unemployed. To apply contact the Bergen County Job Center, 60 State Street, Hackensack, NJ. 

Do you help with Resume and Work Searches?

Yes, at certificate completion, resume updating and assistance with conducting an effective work search is  available. 

Are courses available online?

Yes, some courses are available online. 

How long will it take to complete a Certificate Program?

Completion time can range from 10-12 months or more, based on program availability. 

Can I customize my program?

Yes, you create your own schedule. 

When do classes start?

Courses run all year. You can begin or end your program at any point during the year.

Are classes offered during the daytime?

Most classes take place during weekday evenings and Saturdays throughout the year. Our instructors work in  their respective areas of expertise in the industry, enabling course attendees to gain current, real-world  industry knowledge.
