PARAMUS, N.J. – Grammy Award winner Patti Austin will headline “A Sunday Afternoon of Jazz” at Bergen Community College next month.
The outdoor concert will take place rain or shine Sunday, Aug. 9 from noon to 9 p.m. at the College’s main campus, 400 Paramus Road, Paramus, N.J. General admission tickets are $30; guests can bring their own chairs, umbrellas and blankets. Refreshments will be available for purchase. Parking is free.
Artists such as Pieces of a Dream, Sherry Winston, Joe Bataan, local musicians, students, faculty and staff will join Austin, who won a Grammy for best jazz vocal album in 2008, at the all-day event.
